Principal dancer of the Bolshoi Theatre Nilolai Tsiskaridze performed exempts from Roland Petit’s ballet “The Queen of Spades” with music by Pyotr Tchaikovsky, and “The Death of the Rose” with music by Gustav Mahler. Choreographer and dancer Patrick de Bana unveiled a pas de deux from the upcoming Paris premiere of his new creation, the ballet Cleopatra – Ida Rubinstein, in which the title role is performed by Ilse Liepa.
